I plan to take full advantage of the city’s extraordinary matching program, which matches 8:1 (!) all donations from NYC residents of up to $250. This is one of the best returns on investment I’ve ever seen: a $25 donation gives my campaign $225, $100 turns into $900 and $250 into $2,250! 

I am going to focus on donations from city residents to demonstrate local support and take full advantage of the matching program. 

I would deeply appreciate it if you’d donate to my campaign, but it’s taking ActBlue a few days to set up the web page due to the Thanksgiving holiday, so please come back to this page at the end of the week.

The maximum contribution is $2,100 ($4,200 for a couple who donate individually), and I would grateful for this. But for city residents, it’s the first $250 that really counts.

To qualify for matching funding, I need at least 1,000 donors, and my candidacy will benefit from as large a number as possible, so I welcome contributions of all sizes.
